RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Every TIAC piece is made specifically for your order.

Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are generally final once an order has entered production.

We encourage you to carefully review the product description, color, and size guide before ordering.

You are responsible for selecting the correct size using the size guide provided on the product page.

Ordering the wrong size or deciding that a different size would be preferred does not automatically qualify for a refund or free replacement.

However, we want you to love what you wear. If you experience a sizing issue, contact TIAC Customer Care. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a courtesy exchange, replacement, store credit, or another solution.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what was ordered, we will make it right.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem.

After reviewing the issue, eligible customers may receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Where a return is not necessary, you will not be required to send the defective item back.

Because TIAC products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or provide refunds because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants the product, or prefers a different color or style after production has begun.

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request if production has not begun.

Once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or canceled.

TIAC does not guarantee traditional one-for-one exchanges because products are made to order.

Customers who need assistance should contact Customer Care. Depending on the circumstances, TIAC may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, discount toward a replacement order, or another reasonable solution.

Any courtesy accommodation is determined on a case-by-case basis and does not create an obligation to provide the same accommodation on future orders.

Do not mail products back without first contacting TIAC.

Any return must be authorized by TIAC before it is sent. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

If TIAC requires an item to be returned, we will provide you with the appropriate instructions.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from a damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifying fulfillment issue.

Financial institutions may require additional processing time before a refund appears on your account.

Contact TIAC if an order appears to have been lost or if there is a significant delivery problem.

TIAC will review the order and shipping information and determine the appropriate solution based on the circumstances and carrier information.

TIAC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, except where required by applicable law.

TIAC reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, or store credits in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse, excessive claims, or misuse of the return policy, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
