All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

We gladly accept exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached, within 14 days of delivery.

Contact us at hello@tiacmerch.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested size or item is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
